Agency Producer

We are hiring an Agency Producer to drive new business across personal lines, commercial, and HOA accounts. This is a licensed sales role for someone who wants to build and own a book rather than work a call list. With carrier access in 15 states and a client base built over 20 years, you get real quoting flexibility and warm referral flow from day one.

You will prospect and close new accounts, run coverage reviews that surface gaps, cross-sell existing clients into fuller programs, and work directly with underwriters on accounts that need a conversation instead of a rating engine. Our Account Managers and Claims team handle the service side, so your time stays on selling and relationship building.

We are looking for an active Nevada Property and Casualty license, or the willingness to earn one before your start date. Ideally you bring 2 or more years of insurance sales or agency experience, though a coachable, licensed candidate from an adjacent sales background is worth a conversation. The producers who succeed here manage their own calendar, explain coverage in plain language to homeowners and HOA boards alike, and hold themselves to their own numbers. Compensation is new business commission plus renewals, so the book you build keeps paying you.
